RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund within 10 calendar days of receipt of the order on all regularly priced items. However, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except a defective item.

All returns on full-price merchandise must be authorized by BAGSINPROGRESS first. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bagsinprogress.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization. Upon our approval, you may return the item at your expense using a shipping method of your choice. However, we highly recommend that you send the package with tracking by using an insured service. BAGSINPROGRESS is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Items must be returned in their original conditions (unused, unwashed) with the tag attached. Make sure to include the packing slip included in your package also.

All items purchased at a discount price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note all items purchased at a discount are final sale, and cannot be returned or refunded.  Also, any gift cards are non-refundable.

All orders shipped internationally are final sale and are not subject to any refund or exchange.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@bagsinprogress.com.
